Website Update / Expectations of next week.

Added a few pages to www.photonow.biz and have made a Facebook page.

The real website is moving along amazingly, the back end is nearly complete and is truly a work of art, uploading images to customers accounts and printing them an ID card to help them log in – is smooth quick. An estimated launch time of 2-3 months! Just in time for Christmas!

Tomorrow I’ll be setting up the studio in Waltham Cross, I’m a little pessimistic about the week, though I’m certain I’ll break even and get a little pocket money the studio really plays best off a two week booking. It will be an interesting test and I’ll use it to advertise the bookings for the rest of the year.

Today I handed out a bunch of leaflets to families, I’ve never been good at this but I managed to hand out 15 to my key demographics. Managed to get Clare’s Accessories to hand out a few more – I was quite lucky, they aren’t meant to do it, but being polite and a nice smile goes a long way.

Clare’s Accessories today was mega busy filled with my KD’s – I really need to come buddy buddy with girls in that store and get them to hand out leaflets for me.

Phase 1.9.9 – Getting ready for the next booking, further tests

Things to do:

Design new displays for the studio

Think about home call setup, the equipment needed, marketing, prices and photographers. Most of the homecall stuff is in my head – Just need a photographer!
