Excel and Me

DAY 17 OF 1825 // MONEY £0.00

————————————————————————-

Woot, found a place that can cut and deliver my wood, the price is pretty good, only £29.50 + VAT per panel/sheet @ 1.5×1.8 and £50.00 + VAT for delivery, I’ll be placing my order tomorrow.

Many thanks to Tom Wright @ Wrights Carpentry for his help.

I’ve been slightly slacking the last few days as I wait for equipment to arrive, today has been very much the same, however I did make a very basic ledger in Excel to keep track of my money when I start to trade. It can be seen here.

It’s very, very basic. If anyone is any good at Excel formulas don’t hesitate to give me a shout!

For the first month or so of trading this will do, because I’ll be under the limit before I need to start paying tax (Currently sat at £6,035 per year) after the first month I plan to reg myself as a private limited company and get myself an accountant (If it fits in with the budget and my takings are O.K, if things are really good I may even get SAGE)
